In printed media, the news, advertisement, or information is published in hardcopies and then released, which is more reader-friendly. The major types of print media include magazines, books, and Newspapers. Live news, live discussion and live reporting are not possible in print media as they are based on the interval update method.

However, electronic media is the news or information shared through electronic mediums. This is the advanced means of communicating any latest sports news, advertisement, or information through short articles, photos, or even videos. The current news or information is uploaded or broadcasted in the electronic media, and later on words are viewed through the electronic medium. The electronic mediums that run electronic media includes television, radio and news through mobile apps. Live shows live discussions and live reporting or easily possible in electronic media as it is based on a direct update method.
